INTRODUCTION

To find the meaning of life we need to collaborate. No matter how conscious you are, think you are or can become, you will only be able to learn a small fragment of the wonderment of the universe; A microscopic slice of an incredibly big pie. In order to see more you will have to learn how to do two things: Develop your personal sense of self and consciousness (without misusing power) and learn to work and collaborate with others to share in their perceptions and knowledge. In other words, in addition to becoming self empowered, you need to learn how to power share.

This book is about ‘Practical Enlightenment’ the purpose of which is to actualize some common sense tools of awareness and knowledge. Tools that are immediately attainable to establish a shared understanding so that we can truly advance our collective consciousness. This is not going to give all the answers, not even close; there are big questions out there that need to be answered and questions that we don’t even know how to ask yet. But these tools can help get us past disagreeing about the small things and get to the larger questions. As long as we get stuck in dogmatic practices, bible babble and rituals, there will be little progress if any.

With all the esoteric ideas in the marketplace, they can be ambiguous and give you no real way to apply them, let alone understand them. Just because something sounds beautiful it doesn’t make it true or useful. After years of studying numerous ideas, trying a multitude practices; I found some means that really work. So many teachings are outdated or in the case of new age spiritualism a potpourri of flowery concepts that can create more illusion than less. There are also the cults of deception with their hypnotic charms, I hope to help you avoid.

I have put things in a way that are appropriate to our time and place. There are tools of the past that are just simply not applicable anymore. I can show you a step by step process that if followed correctly, will enable you to achieve more consciousness in a methodical dependable way. It will also be helpful by:

1. Confirming things that you suspected were true and connecting the dots.

2. Clarifying ideas, practices and rituals in society and putting them in to perspective.

3. Showing you how to make life much more interesting and creative.

I present ideas in this book that may provoke you to re-evaluate what you understand and chances are, in the end, you will feel more empowered. I am not trying to convince you or anyone about anything, you will naturally draw your own conclusions. I just ask you to hear me out. My purpose is to connect with others, find a clearer understanding of truth, get past life’s illusions and move on. We are here for a reason and we will not be able to find out why unless we eliminate the false explanations we have be spoon fed for millenniums and in turn, learn how to work together.

There are and always will be unanswered questions, because we live in an infinite paradigm. But sometimes we do get answers to things and it enables us to move on to the next question. I attempt to answer some questions that a lot of peddlers of spiritual teachings and practices don’t want to be answered, because the answers would eliminate their livelihood. Isn’t it time to get past the old spiritual paradigm and move on to the next?

We live in a time when we are expected to take responsibility for things we shouldn’t be responsible for and don’t take responsibility for things we should take responsibility for. There is so much economic pressure on us that people have to scramble just to make ends meet and then have to have meticulous accountability for every last penny we spend to survive. So what happens? People cheat, steal, connive, scam others and beg just to have food, shelter and internet access. What this does is distract us from having the time and mental space to even question, let alone find solutions for the bigger questions of why we are here, what is our purpose and what is the point of it all. Then we have the spiritual peddlers of consciousness in the marketplace that are either intentionally scamming their followers or are half baked idiots who mouth some words that they really don’t understand (They are the blind leading the blind).

So what happens? People become jaded, numb, disappointed. They are so tired of being fooled, if there was some useful truths that come around, they pass it off as the rest of the colossus drivel on the dung heap.

This is not necessarily information that you have not ever heard before, but it is put it together so that it can actually work for you. In other words, many people have all the ingredients to bake a cake, but you have to know how to put it together the right way, to have a really good cake.

The intention is not to invalidate the experiences of the sincerely religious and spiritual; but to clarify and put these experiences into perspective.
